Phase 1: Project Launch
• Determine project parameters: schedule, budget, objectives, target audience
• Investigate client processes and identify approval process

Phase 2: Pre-production
• Collect necessary assets from the client
• Create scripts and dialog, draft storyboards
• Construct sets (virtual or practical), prep studios, scout locations, cast talent as necessary
• Determine appropriate animation, sound design, special effects, and music

Phase 3: Production
• Shoot on-location or in-studio
• Begin motion graphics and 3D animation

Phase 4: Post-production
• Execute final edit, special effects, compositing, layering, finishing and animation rendering

Phase 5: Format to Specification
• Deliver any broadcast television format (HD or standard) or interactive platform (DVD, CD-ROM, MPEG, Quicktime, AVI)
